QUIET WATER PUD
YACHATS, OREGON
2-G CONSTRUCTION BUILDER

Along the quiet Yachats River just east of the highway 101 bridge are a group of small wood cabins built in 1984.   Most serve as summer homes for families from across the coast range in the Willamette Valley.  They are about 1000 sq.ft. in floor area with the main bedroom and bath upstairs and a spacious vaulted living room, kitchen, eating area and bath downstairs.  The bays that are cantilevered from the main framing contain window seats and built-in beds.
